Indoor Fly Traps

Indoor fly traps are the perfect way to deal with bugs that get into the business. The No Zap Fly Traps are one of the leading brands of products designed to be installed inside of restaurants, grocery stores, department stores, distribution centers, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, wholesale bakeries, and many other businesses. Bugs are one of the leading reasons people do not return to a restaurant and are often the most underrepresented reason when asked about returning to a business. Most businesses don’t ask people about bugs when sending out surveys regarding the customer experience, and if they do it’s not reported as often due to the surveys being voluntary. This is why it is important for businesses to invest in bug prevention, such as the No Zap Fly Traps, regardless of whether or not they have data to support the necessity of the traps.

Air curtains are a very popular option and are often recommended or mandated for restaurants. However, air curtains aren’t perfect, and if a bug gets into a business, then the only way to stop them is with additional bug prevention measures.

Inspector approved indoor fly traps

The No Zap Fly Trap is health inspector approved because it doesn’t zap the bugs. The bugs are attracted to the light produced by the indoor fly traps, and then they are trapped when they fly into the traps by a sticky pad. We have four different versions of fly traps: NZ1500, NZ2000, NZ3000, and NZ5000 to cover varying applications. The NZ1500 and NZ2000 units are designed to look like wall sconces and disappear in dining areas. This helps keep bugs away and customers happy while enjoying their meals. The NZ3000 and NZ5000 units are much more industrial looking and designed to be away from customer facing areas. The NZ3000 is a smaller unit and is designed for kitchens and smaller businesses. The NZ5000 unit is much larger and is designed for manufacturing warehouses and other larger food production facilities.

Swinging traffic doors typically come in three different tiers, soft, medium, and hard. These tiers reflect the type of traffic that goes through these doors. For businesses with foot-traffic, such as restaurants and cafes, the soft doors, also known as Pro Tuffs, are a perfect choice. These doors are lightweight, easy to move through, and structurally designed to handle this type of traffic without issues. The medium duty door, also known as the Ruff Tuff II, is a heavier door with a steel welded frame, and is designed for grocery stores, department stores, and anywhere that may have carts and pallet jacks, but not motorized traffic. These doors are also able to be customized with impact plates or bumpers for added protection at the bottom. The hard doors – also known as Ruff Tuff V-Cams, are designed for every type of traffic, especially motorized (such as forklifts, scissor lifts, cherry pickers). The Ruff Tuff V-cams are also designed to have tear drop bumpers added for extra protection, and they come with full perimeter gasketing and insulation. These doors are primarily designed for warehouses and manufacturing facilities.
